MethylGene is a biopharmaceutical company with a mission to discover, develop and deliver new drugs to treat cancer. Our goal is to eventually market products that will improve the lives of patients suffering from this disease.

MethylGene 's MGCD0103, an isoform-selective histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, has been in clinical trials for for solid tumours and hematological malignancies; and MGCD265, our multi-targeted kinase (c-Met) inhibitor has entered a Phase II program for solid tumor cancers and NSCLC.
